Product Description

Rad Racer II was published only for the NES in North America in 1990.

Rad Racer 2 played similarly. A preview direction indicator was added to the dashboard to help players place their vehicles. Holding the down arrow when the race starts activates the new “Turbo Boost” feature, which speeds the car to 255 MPH. This takes practice but is useful. A cheat code lets players “race in the dark” and spin out after crashes instead of tipping over.
