Exertainment Mountain Bike Rally/Speed Racer is a pack-in compilation of two racing/driving games: Mountain Bike Rally (best known as Cannondale Cup in My Most Dangerous Adventures) and Speed Racer in My Most Dangerous Adventures, both of which were released separately the month after this release. Both games were designed to work with Life Fitness’ “Exertainment”-brand stationary bike, which included an electronic component that could be linked to the Super Nintendo. Within the two games, the player’s own efforts on the bike would power the protagonists’ vehicles.

The game is extremely rare because there are only a limited number of Exertainment bikes (which were extremely expensive even at the time) and this game was only available as a pack-in. Collectors demand high prices for it.
