Due to its scarcity and unusual history, Cheetahmen II for the NES is considered a collector’s item. Active Enterprises, a firm that only manufactured a limited number of copies before going out of business, created the game. Cheetahmen II was supposed to be a sequel to the first Cheetahmen game, but it was never finished. Due of their scarcity and historical significance, the few copies created were sold at a Toys “R” Us store in New York City and have since become highly sought-after by collectors. A nice copy of Cheetahmen II is highly uncommon and may attract significant amounts on the collector’s market.
